all i need to know is there any way of determining what firmware i have installed on my 360..

reason i ask is that i got it pre flashed and can no longer contact the seller

all i can see its a hitachi drive but firmware i aint gotta clue

reason i ask is need for speed carbon asks for update to play game and ive been told if i got latest firmware all ok

i got it on 21st october and they told me it had latest then and was faster than the older firmware

cheers for any guides in the right direction
and before anyone else asks

no i have no back up firmware so basically i screwed

Get into modeB, dump out the firmware and use toolbox to find out the mod. version ...
