ok just before i realised live had a problem i couldnt connect so i gave them a call, the guy advised me to delete my gamertag and recover it to see if that helps, well it took me 2 days to recover it only to be faced with another 2 days of cannot connect to xbox live and a dash that only loaded every 5th pancake day, i called them back today and told them if i wasnt advised to delete my gamer tag i could have at least played offline till live was sorted and they said "its not our fault you should have known better then to delete your gamer profile while xbl was under maintenance" as i explained i wasnt aware xbl was down till after i deleted it. i asked for the 4 days back i lost on my account because of THEIR problems and all they could say was no we dont do that its only 4 days its not a major problem. well i pay for a service and expect to get the full service i pay for M$ ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!
long and short is m$ customer service is the worst on the planet!
