Dirty Ds Options

i bought a ds lite for 10$ with a busted bottom screen, i ordered a new screen for it and everything so it works fine now, but thats not the point, the guy who had it before me was a dirty guy, and you know how the ds lite has that clear plastic shell around the white plastic? well there is dirt or something, stuck all around the edges on the inside edge of the clear shell, its fuckin' gross, looks like ear wax, what im asking is there a way to clean that out without damaging the case? ive tried just digging at it with an exacto knife, but i couldnt get much out

i wouldnt mind knowing that either, my gf always plays it while eating toast at night, and it gets all crumbs in those bits, and i like my toys to be clean.

it's not like on controller where you can use a knife or a pin or something cause there is barely a gap.

Not sure, I use this case on mine. Keeps it from getting dirty.

Have you tried floss?

i guess ill try that, seems like itl be pretty hard to get floss down in there, but ill give it a shot
