I have installed a via 2641a pci card in my computer. I can't get it to physically connect to my hard drive. I'm running a old p3 800. My hard drive has only ide connectors.Is there a way to get the via card to connect? The via card does have ide slot. Everything i've tried didn't work. This is the first time i've tried playing around with Sata outside of the internals of my 360. Any help appreciated.
