so if it comes for free on the hard drive... then exactly why would they sell it?
I've always been of the opinion that games with a monthly charge should either be free or have a very small (read, same price as the monthly charge) initial cost.
For me that would be worth getting into one... If the game cost $10 initially and had a $10 monthly charge playing for 4 or 5 months I would feel like I'm getting my money's worth out of it. Heck even if you payed $60 up front and it came with 5 months "free" off the bat.
I've never played an MMO mostly because I can't see value in dropping $50-$60 just for the ability to start paying monthly fees...
I'd complain that it's not out in the US yet but I fear for it's release because it means my Girlfriend will probably monopolize the 360
