I don't know about anyone else, but I hate the way Splinter Cell: Conviction looks.

Don't get me wrong, it looks like a good game. But it doesn't look like Splinter Cell. It looks like another one of the dozens of generic shooters.

Whatever happened to the point of the game being to NOT kill anyone? And you would get extra points for doing this objective. Also, no goggles or cool gadgets.

I also remember Ubisoft bragging in their press conference that SC wasn't slow anymore, But I liked it being slow and stealth based.. This reminds me of the transition of R63 to Vegas.

The problem is that there are virtually no modern stealth games and there are plenty of action games.

Here is gameplay for those who have not seen it yet.

Does anyone else have the same opinion as me?

I personally loved chaos theory for the ps2. I never really liked the splinter cell games for xbox 360.
