Question,

I have a US XBL account, but a non-US xbox. I downloaded a full game from the US marketplace to my xbox using download queue from a US IP. However when the download completes it shows as "corrupted" on my hard drive. Is this DRM/region locking?

Yes, even the games on demand are region locked.
