How can I create G-drive without having to format whole harddrive (200gigs)
Problem is when I first formatted it I used an 80 gig harddrive and copyed it to my 200 gigs harddrive. unsure.gif
Now I'm using it as 137 gigs. Is it possible to create the G-drive from the rest of diskspace which is unused rightnow.

Yes, quite easily.

Make sure you are using a '67' type bios (eg X2-4983.67 or EvoX-M8 edited with EVTool to use F/G). This will not effect your current partitions, but will allow you to use a 'Format G:' command in EvoX or using raw FTP commands to make the remainder of the drive accessable as G:.
You must also enable G: support in any application you use if necessary.
