Ok guys im sure its just me but I cant seem to move forward. So the bridge blows up, Sarge ask you to look up and then down, then crouch to go under the car to get to Sweetwater. No problem. So he then explains how the auto injector is the perfect pick me up.

The screen displays "CYCLE GADGETS LB", so I press it, then I have what looks like a syringe. "USE TO HEAL RT", I press that then nothing. I have tried all butons and nodda. I think the prob is my health is full thus it wont allow its use.

Any help is appreciated.

Nevamind i spun aroun faceing away from Sweetwater and it worked. It seems my RT isn't consistent with this game, iv loaded others to make sure its not the controller and the prob only seems to happen with BAD Company...go figure
