hers the problem i installed xbmc and i want to use a slim drive with it.
in XBMC\UserData i put in the AdvancedSettings.xml whit these settings
<advancedsettings>
<usepcdvdrom>true</usepcdvdrom>
</advancedsettings>

but wen i have the AdvancedSettings.xml and the m8+nodvd bios together xbmc starts to lag and freeze
so i deleted the AdvancedSettings.xml and rebooted the xbox and then i got no lag/frezzing but then i cant use the slim dvd drive.

HELP!
