My daughter wants a Pink DS for her 7th birthday and I need some opinions. We have a GBA and a few games so I'm thinking I want the DS Lite because it supports those games while the new DSi does not, correct? And how is the browser on the DS, can you really browse or is it more like the PSP browser? And finally, anybody have suggestions on good games for 7yr old girl, she's into computers and gadgets and webkins type activities.

DSi does not have a GBA slot. But, it has a built in camera.

Your daughter may like Warioware Smooth Moves.

The browser for the Lite works ok for certain things. What would your daughter be using it for? If she plays little flash games or watches video neither of those will work on it.

she tends to do a lot of flash activities, I didn't think it would be able to do these things but you never know!

i think there are a few flashcarts that support the DSi now, those can probably run GBA games from roms...
