Hi I bought a Maxtor 250gb one touch mini HD to use with my wii. I don't want to use the whole HD for backedup/HB content. I would prefer to have a partition in WBFS format and one in NTFS format. Is that possible or would the whole HD have to WBFS format?

No clue, I haven't tried something like that, but it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

Create your partitions with windows (i shrunk my partition and created a partition with the left over space)
Use the windows wii manager (the one that loads the games to the disc from windows, not sure of the name at the moment...) to format the specific partition you created to the right filesystem.

The rest of the disc should be normal. Did this on my external.
