Ok, heres the deal: i burned a game on a Verbatim DVD+R using CDRWIN, the ISO seemed to contain no files when checked with ISObuster, and this far it has always worked when using CDRWs(exept i always use Nero for CDRWs) but for some reason my xbox doesnt read the games when i burn them on DVD+Rs, i think i have a Thomson reader.
Can anybody help me? Could it be CDRWIN that screws the burning up? Please! Anybody?

I have a hp +r/+rw burner and verbatim has been my best brand so far, but i have a phillips drive. how are you making your iso? What bios do you have? Record now max seems to be the best burning software IMO, never gives me any problems. A little more info might net you some more help!

I didnt make the ISO, i dont know how to do it, i dowloaded the ISO (*Note* i DO actually own the game huh.gif )
Well, when i insert one of my Verbatims it says No Disc, and this far, no disc usually ment to me, No point in burning this one you moron, its not gonna work anyway whereas unknown means i just did something wrong... is this right?

Edit: I have an Xecuter Lite 2.2 with an EvoX bios (i think)

Sounds like you need to do some more reading in the tutorials section as this is covered in great detail and laid out for even the beginner.

Im not sure of what procedure you used to make your backups as you did not describe how or what you used or did.

I do not know how the backup has been made since i downloaded it, i do own the original game, lets just say that it is enough damaged for a reason i would like to keep a secret and that i am not able to make a backup of it. So i downloaded it.
let me rephrase my questions instead.

Does the thomson even read DVD+R??? (Xecuter Lite 2.2) And if so, what manufacturers (Verbatim didnt work)
Does CDRWIN work when burning games?
Am i right when i think that readable discs appear as "Unknown" and unreadable discs appear as "No Disc" in the evox dashbord?
