Hi,

I have had an xecuter 2.2 soldered modded xbox working for about 4 months now. Yesterday, I went to turn it on and this is what would happen when the mod chip was enabled. It would turn on for a second with a solid green light, then shut off. Second, it would turn back on and flash green for a few seconds then turn off again. Finally, It would turn back on and flash red and green. I have not moved my xbox from that spot since it was originally modded. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Could the lpc points just "undo" themselves? Thanks.

Joe

Sounds like a frag which means D0 is still good and the bios isn't being found on the LPC points. It's very possible a wire or contact came loose. If it wasn't done very securely from the beginning the continued heating and cooling process (on/off) may have made the connection unstable. I'm pretty sure it should be an easy fix (providing you were the original installer and know how to do it).
