Is there any way of checking if a ISO file contains
all the files it should?

I don't get any errors opening a 50% ISO in xISO.

You should have gotten a report from both WinRAR and SMARTPAR or FSRAID about how complete the original file was.

Also XISO is BUGGY which is why you don't get an error.

Use another program such as XDFSExtractor
