I'm sending a modded US Xbox to India where they use PAL. Is there an easy way to switch it to PAL once it arrives... assuming there won't be a NTSC TV handy? I don't have a PAL set in the US either.

Xbox Version: v1.1
360 version: v1 (xenon)
you can use enighma(sp??) VGA to convert NTSC to PAL. or use config Magic to change the region of the xbox. The onlything you need to worry is power adaptor/convertor since India's power putlet will sure fry 120 V US system. wink.gif

Thanks. OK, I've installed Enigmah but can you tell me if my NTSC games will work? Is it only the video portions that's the problem... or the whole game?

I regularly forget to run my NTSC games in NTSC mode. They run fine in PAL just a bit slower and lap times change or are not obtainable. I noticed when playing Project Gotham NTSC in PAL mode, that medal pursuits were impossible cause the frame rate is lower but the x-box clock is still accurate. I was off the mark but 4-5 seconds every time. Switch back to NTSC and the times are 4-5 seconds faster.
