What are some really good snes games that most people don’t know about, hidden classics, personal favs. For example, I love goof troop and zombies ate my neighbours, despite most people not liking them. So what good games are there for snes that I should play that I probably happen. And I don’t mean classics like zelda or mario.

Also same for MAME (aliens).
Thank You

I'll bite.

This question has been asked many times before, but what the hell.
SNES: Anyone that hasn't played Chrono Trigger and thinks they know SNES needs to be shot. Tales of Phantasia is good stuff, and Lufia 2 is fun too (All RPGs), also get a Translation patch for a Japanese snes game called Live-a-Live... very unique, and pretty damn entertaining (You can even play the caveman mode in Japanese without missing much, because there isnt much text)

Some MAME 2 player games: Hat Trick (suprising how simple and fun this game is... We played for hours, passing the controller between 4 people)
Joust (Of course... this is one of those games that adversarial is much more fun in, requires quite a bit of strategy)

I'd have to look through my rom folders to give you more, and i'm too lazy for that now.

Really crazy rare ones? Check out Umihara Kawase. It's a really quirky Japanese sort of platformer. You use a fishing hook as a gimmick, but it's really cool, once you figure out how to use it to swing yourself all over the place.
Terranigma is a really good game in the series of action RPGs by Enix (such as Actraiser, Soulblazer, Illusion of Gaia), but never saw release in the US. They did make a European version, so you can at least play in English.
Star Ocean also kicks ass, but there's no complete translation I know of.
Also, it's not that great, but Plok! is a quirky platformer worth checking out. Not exactly easy, but it does a number of things really well.

Definitely Super Castlevania 4.

I also liked Super Adventure Island, heh. It's a platformer, might take you less than 30 minutes to beat but it's fun.
