There is a bug when you use the blue rod to reactivate the power crystals in the control room. On the xbox version, if you try to slide one of the rods, your cursor gets locked as up-down arrows. Once this happens you're stuck in the game. This seems to be specific to the xbox version, it does not get stuck on the Win32 version.

Fortunately, as a work around, you can save this point in the game. You can then use the save in the windows version of ScummVM (same release only, the save will crash in the current cvs version). You can then complete the control rod sequence, save the game again and transfer the save back to the xbox.

Edit: Guybrush, if you're reading this, I have the save right before the get stuck point available if you want/need it.

It happens sometimes, but you can solve this Puzzle on the xbox, too. No need to transfer any savegames.
When this bug comes up, which doesnt happen all the time, simply load an earlier savegame and you can adjust the rods without any gfx errors.
