blink.gif Please can someone wise me up (newbie to mods) how do you get an xbox top off to get access to drive and dvd drive so I can install my x-bit usb mod chip also I wish to put a larger hard drive in my xbox but what is the difference between a lockable and non lockable drive ?

I wont be using xbox live if that makes any difference..

any help would be great

There are 6 screws on the bottom

Under the 4 corner rubber feet and 2 in the middle under stickers.

dude, i'm a newbie, and there's no excuse for not reading the pinned tutorials at the top of this (and each) section.

but if you didn't even put the effort in to read the tutorials, you're looking at a world of pain - i wouldn't crack the box open till you read and understand what is in the tutorials - the total newbie guide to everything is a good starting point, and click on the links
