hey all biggrin.gif i hawe caled my local chip installers and they told me to get the boot disc eurasia pro generic 1, as i did.. i want to flash my chip.. When i start the program it asks for at bios boots cd... i burned the 4977 bios, a dummy file for the 5 mb, and the raincoat which is my problem.. when i start the flashing it says error unknown device read only, try adding the device ID to raincoat <- what dose it mean plz help me

the reason why im trying to flash it with this program is becaus i cant flash it with slayer's ot says flash not allowed unable to write somthing like that i got the eurasia pro program from the local installer they say that this is the way to get it flashed, they hawent installed the 3 mode with off protection

Where did you buy it from ?
yes the Evox and by the way, the slayer one have problem to flash 49lf020.
there is small differences between 49lf020 & 49lf020a

I suggest using OZflash

I asked where did you buy it from, cause there is also the official flashing disc which Rox, but didn't work with clones.

kk it shud not be a clone hope not sad.gif well i cant flash with slayer so im goin to try the official one hope it works thx for the help m8

well i cud not finde link to the official flash disc can u give me one ore the name of it??

Ozxflash worked for me. Put in my first Aladdin the other night for customer and works perfectly. Excellent price and features.

hm... im not that in to flashing so im not sure what the oz flash is, i hawe tryed to finde it by searching on the name but it comes up with nothing i can use is ther a link ore somthing plz help me
