I have a modded xbox w/ xecuter 2.2 lite+. I flashed it with x2. 4978. I created a slayer 2.5 boot cd according to the directions. Im using verbatim cd-rw(which i used to flash), and memorex. Ive burned it with roxio, and recordnow. I dont have access to nero (my demo expired)

I have tried to load the cds sevral times without success. Then one time it worked, and i checked the bios. I shut it down bc i didnt have time to do anything else. I tried to restart it later but now it wont boot.
ive tried sevral times but still nothing. It will show the xecuter logo then switch to the M$ logo, and just sit there.
Am i doing something wrong or do i need to just keep trying to load it?

(the time that it worked it asked me for the time/date, and then it started)

try creating a ISO with XISO first and then burn it with nero (yes you will need to pay for it or get a crack or maybe change the date on your pc).

i found my problem... it was the time/date that was screwing me up. i set it, and it works fine now...
