If you need to flash your Xbox's EEPROM with a new EEPROM (like for those who have been banned), do not use EEPROMER. It is a buggy program and can render your Xbox useless! For example:

1) Your HD has to be unlocked for the flash to occur. EEPROMER does not tell you this, and in doing it, the flash will occur, and cause problems.
2) I can put a maximum security lock on your Xbox HD, and make it not boot. You can fix this, though, with disabling the lock with your PC using HDDISABL.EXE
3) Etc.

So, do not use EEPROMER for the EEPROM flash, use Configmagic and follow this tutorial:

I made this topic because I am sick of hearing horror stories about EEPROMER and how people mess up their Xboxes with it.
