It says that makes a perfect copy of the dvd with the same quality.

Is that possible?

When I saw your post... I immediately had memories of the Bundles some con artist are selling online, stating Copy DVD's Easy... Copy DVD to CDR in one click..etc. Turns out they took all the Shareware, freeware etc and bundled it, and Poorly at that.

According to Nueva Software... their product is NOT SHAREWARE or FREEWARE bundled together. Their product is a one click solution to copying DVD Movies to 1 or 2 DVDR.

What interested me was that they say they can keep all the extras intact.

To answer your question IS IT POSSIBLE? Yes and NO.

The MOVIE file can and will be the same quality. It the Movie file is all you want to backup, there are plenty of methods, and tools, including DVDDecryptor. However, it's all that extra stuff on the disk that set DVD above the common VHS Tape. Do you want all the outtakes? Languages? etc? If so here is where the problems sneak in.

If the DVD fully fits on one DVDR, it's a piece of cake. It's it's Bigger, then some work needs to be done. I've used tools to backup movies.. and it is a bitch. Editing IFO files, selecting what to keep and what extras to dump. I've successfully backed up 8 GIG movies, keeping all features, languages, etc. Problem is, software is messy, and in the end I end up with 1 of 3 possible sets of disks:

set one: Movie on one, features on next. Not bad... but menu on first disk will freeze the SET TOP players when you click on the extras, and PLAY MOVIE on second disk will do the same. Not pretty.

set two: Split movie, split features. 50/50 on the menus as well.

set three. MAKE OWN MENU on BOTH. way too time consuming.

If you are interested in DVD9 (Movie) backup... consider the following:

Just about everything you need is on these 2 sites. Enjoy.
