regarding the files that wont upload, verify that their filenames do not contain any characters like _-.& and so on. filenames with certain characters wont upload. you just gotta rename 'em.

i love flashfxp, its one of the best i have had no other problems with the program. make sure you have a connecton to your xbox, computer or whatever by via telnet or ftp. like dubber said there cannot be any _-.& in the file. unless you are sending a fat file that would over exceed your hard drive i see no other problem.

Hi,
I don't doubt FalshFxp is good but to answer the original question, I use CuteFTP and it does the job quite well. Never have a problem with it. But remember to disable passive mode. Otherwise, you'd be waiting for a looooooong time...
FlashFxp seems to be a good app but it requires me to be connected to the internet. I have dialup and don't feel like dialing up every time I FTP to my xbox

I like the built in FTP program within the Mandrake Linux Distro. Seems to move faster, I suppose less overhead than Windows. I have also noticed a speed difference between a 5400 to a 7200 rpm drive. On windows I use WS_FTP Pro. I like the transfer display.
