boostmode is a feature of avalaunch not qwix, and will never grace the ftp of evox.

and man first update in 6 months.. look at all those new features

wow u get really bitter about this whole thing eh .. sorry i like a dash thats fast, simple and for me stable .. i don't need anymore features so why would i use a dash that has tons of stuff i'll never use ? this most likely holds true for alot of ppl .. thanx tho for jumping into the forum of the dash u hate and posting your shots, it really helped everyone ...

Try using FlashFXP if you're on a PC, or Transmit if you're using Mac OS X. Other FTP apps suck, don't even bother with them.

I just updated my Evox to v3935 and now the IGR isnt working.

Can anybody help me with this!

they changed their defeult button combo from the classic L+R+Start+Back to the S-friendly L+R+Back+Black, however i dont see the options in evox.ini to change it, i looked in my old ini files, but i cant seem to find it there either, am i going insane or didnt evox.ini used to have a section to change teh button combination for IGR?

EDIT: stick this somewheres in your .ini

[IGR]

Start_Button = Yes
Back_Button = Yes
L_Trig = Yes
R_Trig = Yes
White_Button = No
Black_Button = No
A_Button = No
B_Button = No
X_Button = No
Y_Button = No

I have noticed that a few of my games will no longer display video when launched from the EvoX 3935 menu.
House of the Dead 3 and Buffy the Vampire Slayer (both PAL) will launch, but have no video (audio OK). I have IGR disabled.
If I replace the EVOXDASH.XBE with EvoX 3921, they work again.
Anyone else having similar issues?

**UPDATE**
It seems changing the 'Game Region' setting from AUTO to DEFAULT fixes the problem.

with this new evolution x release, i ve had a problem on my PAL xbox with Top Spin (PAL version)
when launching from evolution x, the game didn't boot, it just went straight back to evox

so i change video setting from auto to default, and then no problem, but it seems that in the previous 3921, auto setting worked fine with top spin

so, maybe it s a bug, i don't know...

That didn't work for me either.
I flashed with the 'Xecuter2 4979.06' bios to make it work.
Funny thing is it worked flawless with EvoX 3935 dash and Evox M7ef bios yesterday.

Hi i downloaded the older version of Evo-X the other day. Had the FTP issue, ended up formatting and reinstalling. Evo-X Bootup disc....Anyways, today i tried this version, works without a single problem. Nice features such as temperature monitors. As for the FTP worked without a single error:D Good work keep it up beerchug.gif

yea i think the best setting now for this version of evox is default, not auto.
