I was wondering if there is a boot disc for Evox...I heard something bout it but never found out anything. Maybe the file of the default.xbe and the ini file are the boot disc?

you dont use ybox
the ms dash = xboxdash.xbe which means u dont rename it evox = evoxdash.xbe (which you ftp to your xbox, default.xbe of evox renamed to evoxdash.xbe) adjust your evox.ini if needed to the MSDASHBOARD=xboxdash.xbe (it might say msxboxdash.xbe, correct it) and your disc doesnt boot, well add more dummy files then, 80mb dummy + 3mb evox = 83mb on a 4gig disc.....yeah u get the idea....or use a cdrw then. and as for your xiso tool, i have no idea what that is, that url doesnt even work. use craxtion or simplexiso, do NOT USE that xiso by yurisoft. ANYTHING but that one. |

ok I renamed the xbe to evoxdash.xbe
-Put on 3gb of dummy files -used simplex iso to creat the iso -Named the iso default (not sure if it matters) -and I am still using my Sony DVD+RW (may have to go buy a different kind) Thanks for the help so far but it still will not read the disc...any other suggests are VERY welcome |
