I am putting a Maxtor 200 gig 7200rpm drive into my xbox and was wondering if this external attached fan on Ebay is worth getting?
Ebay Cooling Fan It isn't much so I am thinking about grabbing it but thought I'd ask here first. |

kinda retarded if you ask me but hey it is your money and im not gonna tell you how to spend it personally i wouldnt spend it on that and i'd just see how that harddrive holds up after you use it for a while, see if the temperatures get really high, then i would consider it. havent had any heat issues with a maxtor 7200rpm 120 gig hd This post has been edited by GLaCiERDC: Dec 18 2003, 05:36 AM |

If you're worried about excessive internal temperatures due to an upgraded HDD, causing a necessity for an addition or more powerful fan, it's your decsion. However, I have never had a problem with my xbox becoming too hot due to my HDD (120GB 7200RPM)
