Can somebody tell me how to put the emulator with the roms on cd image
so I can put them on dvd-r and play them on my xbox.

do you mean emus for the xbox or an emu that emulates the xbox?
for the first one i can only they xbins.i'm not allowed to tell you were to get illegal software.
for the second one that doesn't exist.

They mean emulators FOR the xbox, to answer the question roms go I different spots for different emulators so you have to look up the path in the readme files that come with them.
