I bought a Chameleon and Solderless adapter from EB2k and i tried to flash it. I think it did, cause after a minute it shut off by it self. But now when its on bank 0 i get the M$ dash. And when in any other bank it turns on/off twice and on the third time it stays on. green/red flash and no video on TV.

V1.0 Xbox with a crappy thompson
Cromwell 2.27.
Not sure what chip version, just ordered it a week B4 Xmas.

Anything i can do? i dont wanna shell out any more money for a programmer so I figured id check here. Thanx
