Actually, yes. If you have the old dash files, you can put the old xboxdash.xbe and xboxdash data folder to the same place in xbox c: drive using 007 or MA, you have a 4920 dash that works with the exploit, but has the 2.0 functionality that won't get re-updated.

Well I am askin because im not sure about which version of live my friend installed to my xbox. I used the bert and eernie exploit and I do get to the evolutionx dashboard but I cant get back to the original M$ dashboard because if i try it takes me to that screen where it says ur xbox needs service. Also if I try to boot a game it goes into an endless reboot loop. So does this mean that I installed live version 2 or does it mean that I messed up doin the exploit?

Nevermind I had the 4920 dash the whole time so why wont the bert and eernie exploit work? I followed this tutorial: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?act...ST&f=45&t=73720 and I can boot up my xbox and get to the evo x dash but I cant access the MS dash from the evox menu nor can I boot original games. How do I fix this should I use bert and eernie reloaded or bert is cheating on eernie will that fix it?

Poon, Since Live 1.0 & 2.0 reside in different directories (mostly, except for xboxdash.xbe), they can co-exist. Live detects the new directory/files, and is content. The exploits detect the 4920 files, and are happy as well.
