For those interested in Snes emulation and specially RPGs and the huge delayed translation of Star Ocean, it is finally out. It was a new years gift from the guys at Dejap. My very big thanx to them because of the huge work done and also because this is one of the best RPGs ever made. smile.gif

You can get the file (translation patch) on: http://www.dejap.com/

although this is good to know that dejap is still working on the star ocean patch it is still not complete. You are going to have to wait awhile for a 100% complete patch. This is the current progress as of the 1.0 patch

Progress
Graphics Decompression 99%
Text Translation 100%
Programming 85%
Script Editing 99%
Voices 5%
Overall 90%

I would rather them keep the original voice and just do english text.

Yep, i can't agree more and i think they are talking about in on the foruns of dejap also. In general the original japanese voices sounds always better hehe.

I am currently playing the game, yesterday was until 5am here ph34r.gif

It is really a great game, too much stuff possible to do at the same time and the skills system rocks. Cooking some meals is cool laugh.gif blink.gif
