I have made 2 backups of Conflict: Desert Storm to try and get round the problem as i thought i might have hade a duff one. I am trying to copy them to my HDD in the Xbox using Xbcopy or PX Hdd Downloader and get the following problems:

Xbcopy - fails at the start with an error saying it cant read the first file
PX - gets all the way through, and then says "checking..." and hangs there. After a reboot there is nothing on the HDD.

Is there some sort of protection on this game to stop me doing this, as the same thing happens on both backups ?

I don't know about you, but i use xboxexplorer for my backuping. It works great. (feels just like windows explorer)

Try that, if not, try through FTP and see what happens.

Try boxplorer.
I made a backup of desertstorm to HD last night.
Works great here.
Pretty easy to use and I like the ability to name your files/folders. beerchug.gif

Thanks for your help.
