For some reason every so often me video mode is going to what is displayed as "NTSC M (NTSC M) weird". When ever it says this in avalauch Prince of Persia will always be in slow mode. To fix this i have to load the enigmah video select cd and reset ntsc. After this when I go back into avalaunch I just get "NTSC M (NTSC M)" for the videomode and Prince of Persia will then play fine. Could this be something to do with Media Player or Center switching resolutions?

could be.. that setting is just read out from the eeprom. If you click it it'll change into a different setting, that will take effect next boot.

*edit * if you live in a place where NTSC is common, PAL might not be a great idea for you, that's all
