the Phoenix loader 1 to 1.3.5i Woont work on a september xbox
To be Sure look for kernel 5530 if you have this one it wil not work .
Even if you have bios blablabla or bios BMF ,,, ik wil not work .
the xbox wil just hang black after phoenix

The one with a focus chip
get a boot loader with signed config and get the bios evox 2.6EF or EvoXD6EF
one of those will work , keep in mind that the have to be a boot from media bios . (BMF)

MS did somting good this time ...
But does anyone know if there is a new version in progress of phoenix or somting ?

Using audio exploit
get a compleet pak , with audio and phoenx (Audio_Signed_Phoenix_Bios_Loader.rar)
wen updating phoenix just copy files over
the ones with an error wil be the ones that dident singed phoenix with xbdumb -audio

I think your exactly right, it fails due to the kernel, xbox date isnt really that important, just more of a chance u have the new (bad) kernel.

5101 or whatever it is is fine, which I have had in an October xbox exploited =D
