About three days ago I went to fire up my system and it went past the logo, displayed "M$" under it, and made the big green flash it does just before it loads the dashboard - then rebooted! It's now doing this in a loop. I looked at my drive with HDD driver and replaced all my Phoenix files and font files, and it does the same thing.

I'm starting to think my mainboard is toast. Any ideas?

What chip and bios do you have? What Version XBOX? Which dash are you using?

Let's see if we can narrow it down.

you mean you are using an exploit, didnt use the xbox long enough
time is reset and it'll just loop
try to get some of those time set/fix font files

i am having exactly this problem with an aladdin advance chip.
Anyone know the cause?
I have done quite a few with absolutely no problem.
When using the power button for chip on, it starts loading(with orange led) then it switches green and loads the ms dash.
When i resolder for mod always on, it tries to load up then just keeps resetting as described by XBOX War3z.
It does not frag at all.
