It's not completely up to date, but it's not really out dated as well. You could always use it to get started first then udated the programs after by ftp.

Yea its pretty much outdated. But as X2Gamer said you can use it to start you off and then update but id rather just use Evox New HDD from xbins and instll my own programs.
