Whacked! is very very fun to play. Not an FPS. Shouldn't cost more than $20 either anymore. Played this everyday when beta testing Live, some people from here.
EDIT: How did I forget to mention the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game and it's Co-op feature? Shame on me. Not the best game ever, but if you're a fan it's still fun to play.

Actually, there are 3 co-op levels with 2 levels of difficulty. You have 3 at first and then just unlock 3 more that are the same levels, just a little tougher.
