Is there a way to get the eject button to reboot to the evolution X dash? If i eject with a game running it freezes. I have to shut off and then turn back on if i want to play a new game.

well there is In Game Reset available in evox, but it is known to cause problems with booting games sometimes. It's better just to be patient and reset your xbox instead.

I'm not really concerned about the time it takes to turn on and off. I just did'nt think it was good for the hard drive to keep turning on and off so frequently?

im not having a problem with the games at all. I can play them for hours with no problem. The problem is when i want to switch games. If i hit the eject button to take the disk out it freezes instead of rebooting to the dash. I'm using Nero to burn.

You'll need to flash a BIOS to your modchip which doesn't use "eject-fix". Evox D6 (not Evox D6 ef) will work.

But the newer BIOSes have better features, auto-patch games, etc. What I do is usually do an IGR, and eject the disc immediately. This will give me my EvoX dash.
