does this mean it has a new bigger hdd, and a mod chip, and evox???or does it mean it only has a mod chip?

well it depends.....but the seller will saywhats included but for premodded systems it would usually be a system with a modchip and software installed unless otherwise stated.

I would check this first before getting it just in case this is a TSOP version (TSOP = flashing the onboard chip with a newer(hacked) bios which means no XBox live games ever unless you flash it back each time.

it should only be an unflashed modchip. If a modchip is flashed w/ an illegal bios (basically anything except cromwell), then it is illegal to sell and the store would get shut down.

if the person/store does sell it to u w/ a bigger HDD and all that other stuff then it's an illegal sale.

IMO, it's better to do it your self. If you're scared to solder, go solderless. Premodded xboxes cost too much.
