Lately my XBox disc drive and tray have been making weird noises when loading a game. I have had my box since they came out and this is the first problem. I have been thinking about going to Wal-Mart and buying a new one, then replacing the HD's and then taking it back to get my money. Because I have had it since they came out, I am not under warranty. Is this a bad idea? And if I do it then is there anything I need to change?
