If you are referring to the logo that shows up when you turn on your Xbox:

No.

You need to do a TSOP flash or get a modchip. The PBL is what loads the BIOS. The BIOS is where you define the color of the startup logo. Therefore...you can't see the changes in the startup logo since PBL hasn't been loaded yet when the logo shows up.
