Cold Boot From Hacked Bios Options

Does anyone have any information where we will be allowed to do a cold boot from a hacked bios?

the os will boot before your custom bios but there could be a way to turn the os off by hardware then use a code in the dashboard to force the os on the next reboot even if its off by hardware. a few people over at nexgen/xenium support are talking about it and if it can be done with the xenium it will be done with the smartxx

i think the code they use to reboot to the os does more then just a reboot i mean why would nexgen do all that work to find out that code if they could just use reboot.xbe
