okay heres the deal.....
sometimes when i turn on my xbox it will light up......then 3 seconds later go dead....then turne on again.....then go dead....then finally boot up.....i can't get it to do it right now....but i think i get an error or the screen is black......is it possibly a mal aligned chip or what???? any help would be great.....
oh.....if it does it ...i can usually tap on the top toward the back and it will boot up fine

yeah a lot of people have had the same problem. I've been working on fixing it on my matrix modded xbox. I decided to just go in, disable the chip, and it wouldn't do the weird power up thing. So, i decided to just take out the chip and just reinstall it. Just did it 5 min ago, and 5 power ups have worked fine.
