I have soldered the LPC points and it doesnt frag, but when I solder d0 from ground on the mobo to d0 it starts fragging. Could it be the LPC points are PERFECTLY soldered or what? Do i need to hold the button a specific way. Also, I have done blue eject LEDs to this Xbox so i dunno what color the LEDs are supposed to be cuz i cant tell! If its the LPC points then its quite hard to check my LPC points with an Aladdin Chip. Also, its hard to remove the chip to resolder. All you need to do is attach solder from the LPC point to the gold points on the chip correct? I am about to solder this like a cheapmod! Also, one time the Xbox turned on and off only ONCE and then booted fine. That was odd!

when this happens it's usually an LPC port problem check your soldering (i realise this is hard, AND DON'T PULL ON THE CHIP (those pads break off easy)
and try the alternate D0 point on the bottom of the board. It's easier to get and makes for easy troubleshooting. Before gettting worried about your D0 point, double check your LPC.

Thanks for your help. I got it to work. But now on another 1.5 Xbox, where is the d0? And I need to solder a wire from ground to the LPC point next to 2 and another wire from 3.3v to the point under C7D3? This is confusing!

Another thing, on the previous Xbox that was a 1.0 I soldered d0 to ground on the mobo so the chip is ALWAYS enabled. When I turn it on, it turns back off and then turns back on and boots into UnleashX (my default dash). Is this a BIOS error. I wanted it to just turn on like a normal Xbox. It seems like its fragging or something!

on the 1.5 yes those wires NEED to be soldered
for good instructions on the D0 for a 1.5 check www.aladdin-chip.com

as for the machine rebooting, this sounds like either the D0 is not properly grounded (try using the alternate D0 on the underside of the motherboard) or the LPC is still not properly soldered. Check for cross-connections with your solder. But first and foremost check the D0

The reboot issue only happens like once in a while when I turn on my Xbox. Is it d0 or ground that needs to be resoldered? It couldn't be the LPC!

both. the D0 itself is usually the culprit. As for the ground, it's possible, but not likely. I just wrapped the wire around the screw, screwed it in and left a little tail end of the wire stick out so I could solder it to the metal pad under the screw.
