FYI, NHL Hitz 2002/2003 (unsure about Pro) only support it in the menus, not in-game for some weird reason.

That sucks. Thanks for the info though. Yeah there are some games which do that, which are just gay.

I am kinda surprised that this hasnt become a standard yet. The ease of use and the need it generates is just too much to ignore. I actually switched to some games so that I could listen to my own music.

Nothing like taking head shots in Counter-Strike while listening to tabla and guitar in the background.

By custom music, do you mean selecting only certain songs from within the preinstalled songs or do you mean by being able to add in your own songs from your own CD or mp3 collection? If the latter, then I believe most of those games should not be on the list. There are only a few that allow you to import your own to play while in-game. Although, if you really wanted to import your own songs, I suppose you could ftp in your song and rename it to the same name as a pre-existing song in the game and make it play yours instead.

Phantom Dust supports individual tracks...so you can have exactly what song you want for each level. The game is fully english so I think it counts even though it's only a japan release.
