How many games do you think you could put on the stock HD. Do you think it would be a good idea to go on and get the mod chip now even though i couldn't get a bigger hard drive for maybe a month or two. Or should i get it all at one time. So, basically how long could i survive off of a 10 gig drive.

Well, you would have around 4GB on the E: partition and 2GB on F: (if you have a 10GB HD and format the extra space).
Perhaps enough space for 2-3 games. You can safely put the modchip in now and upgrade the HD later - it is easy to backup your files and transfer them via FTP to the new drive. |

can't do much with 8-10 gig stock drive.. i was able to just fit halo on it. regardless.. the time you get the modchip really doesn't matter.. unless there's some blowout sale. heh. i'd prefer getting everything all at once.
