OK, I fixed the NTSC-J problem and thought that everything was great. I went back into XBMP and I get a seriously distorted display. I deleted the entire XBMP folder from the HD and reinstalled it from CD. I go back in and I get the same thing. The display is so distorted that I can't make anything out, then it locks up. I thought a new install would fix it but no luck. Everything else works great. Any ideas?
