It's been 16 business days since i placed my order and i've also e-mailed foundmy 3 times without any replies. I successfully placed my order, i even got the payment confirmation e-mail from worldpay but i can't seem to log in to foundmy. I e-mailed foundmy regarding the log in issue as well, but as i stated, i received no replies. Some people claim that they have received their order only after 6months of wait, if that's what's gonna happen to me, i rather cancel the order but foundmy has zero customer service. Should i just do a cc charge back?
