I ordered on november 23, they took my money on november 26... and so far I didn't receive anything not even a email from them... I don't recommend this place.. the contact page is blank... the last update on his website is from november 27. I sent him 3 email ithout an answer. I opened a paypal dispute and nothing again. I hope paypal will review his paypal account and close it because he doesn't know how to take care of clients.

I live in the same country as him, so I should have receive my item in 1 week at least. event with the slower shipping service.

If you look at all the comment on his website... almost all of them are really BAD!

My advice stay away from foundmy.com

At this time I think there are a lot of better options... I ordered 25 modchips for Wii D2C on Dec 13, 2007. Today, Jan 10, 2008 I'm still waiting for an e-mail, a track number, but they sent me NOTHING, NO CHIPS, NO REFUNDS, NO ANSWERS, NO CALLS, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO MAILS, NO EXCUSES... Try another webstore, is my opinion...

Item arrived today. I see others had problems, but I used paypal with credit card, in case something bad happened, I would just do a chargeback.

Well, it has been a total of 9 months since I placed an order with foundmy.com. I am now back from iraq. and not really to my surprise, foundmy will still not return any of my emails. so, i guess i am out of my $73. its way too late to do anything through visa now. I do not recommend anybody do business with this guy.

I ordered couple of wiikeys (one bundled with tri-wing screwdriver) on Aug. 06th and i haven't received my order yet. It's been 16 business days since i placed my order and i've also e-mailed foundmy 3 times without any replies. I successfully placed my order, i even got the payment confirmation e-mail from worldpay but i can't seem to log in to foundmy. I e-mailed foundmy regarding the log in issue as well, but as i stated, i received no replies. Some people claim that they have received their order only after 6months of wait, if that's what's gonna happen to me, i rather cancel the order but foundmy has zero customer service. Should i just do a cc charge back?

Ordered on August 06, 2008, couple of wiikeys. E-mailed this guy 4 times, i got no replies for any of them. Last e-mail i requested for a refund, got no reply to that yet. If he doesn't reply, which will probably be the case, i'll have to do a charge back on my cc. What a pain in the ass...

I placed an order on August 4th, I never received my order for over a month. No responses to severl emails I sent. I know why this guy quit taking paypal now, so its not as easy for people to make complaints or chargebacks. I had to file a chargeback with my Visa and I got my money back. I have ordered from this site in the past, and I did get all of my previous orders in a timely manner, usually less then 1 week. Dont know what happened this time, but the guy needs to do something to get his act together.
