I've had my XBIT for about 4 months now, never had any problems, then the other day I turn it on and the system rebooted 3 times and fragged. I even took the chip out, realigned it, reflashed it, powered up again and still no good. I know the chip is aligned right because it lights up on the little board with the dipswitches. The system powers up fine when I turn on the 4th dipswitch but get error due to HD unlocked. Any suggestions?

the light on the external board indicates that you've your lpc points aligned, but that doesn't mean your d0 is aligned.. you need to realign your chip again..

Correct me if i'm wrong... BUt if his d0 isn't aligned..
